This website is owned and operated by Géniale Medical Aesthetics & Skin Cancer Centre and will be referred to as “We”, “our” and “us” in this Terms of Use policy. By using this site, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of this website (‘the website’), which is set out on this website page. 

Please note that all vouchers can only be redeemed once per person. Only one (1) voucher can be used per treatment.

OFFERS AND VOUCHERS: WHICH TREATMENTS THEY COVER

A1. Therapeutic treatments only
Géniale’s offers, vouchers and discounts (including the $300 voucher, the $300 Day 30 voucher, the $300 O-Shot voucher and the 20% maintenance offer) can only be used for these therapeutic treatments:

• snoring laser treatment
• bladder leakage (urinary incontinence) treatment
• erectile dysfunction treatment
• menopause care and vaginal dryness treatment
• skin checks
• P-Shot®
• O-Shot®
• vaginal laser treatment, when it is used to treat a medical condition diagnosed and recorded by your Géniale doctor.

Any treatment not on this list is not covered.

A2. Never for cosmetic treatments
No offer, voucher or discount can be used for any cosmetic treatment. This includes:

• thread lifts of any area, including face, mid-face, lower face, jawline, neck, brow and eyebrow, and nose thread lifts
• non-surgical rhinoplasty (nose threads or non-surgical nose volume treatment)
• anti-wrinkle injections, non-surgical facial and lip volume treatments and all other cosmetic injectables, including fat-dissolving injections and skin boosters
• PRP and “vampire” treatments for the face, skin or under-eyes, including the Needleless Laser Vampire Facial, Under Eye PRP and Facial Regeneration
• laser, light and energy treatments for appearance, including 3D and 4D Laser Facials, the Hollywood Facial (carbon peel), fractional laser skin resurfacing, pigmentation treatment, LED light therapy, Plasma Pen and radiofrequency skin tightening
• body sculpting and fat reduction, including fat freezing (CoolTech) and body contouring
• labial and genital contouring, including non-surgical labial treatments, non-surgical labial volume treatment and non-surgical penile girth treatments
• vaginal laser “tightening” or “rejuvenation” when the purpose is appearance
• surgery and surgical consultations with Dr Robert George, including eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), facelift, neck lift, lip lift, breast surgery, tummy tuck and liposuction
• tattoo removal and teeth whitening.

A3. Consultation first
Every treatment needs a consultation first. Your doctor decides whether a treatment is suitable for you, and whether it is being used to treat a medical condition, before any offer is applied. An offer never changes what your doctor recommends, and you are under no obligation to go ahead. Your doctor will explain the risks, recovery, alternatives (including no treatment) and the full fee first.

A4. Other exclusions
Offers cannot be used for prescription-only medicines, Medicare-rebated items, products or merchandise, or exchanged for cash. They cannot be applied to bookings made before the offer was issued or to existing invoices, and cannot be combined with any other offer. One offer per person.

A5. The offers

$300 voucher (SMS of 17 October 2026)
Minimum spend $500 on an eligible therapeutic treatment (A1). Treatment must be completed by 18 December 2026; the voucher cannot be extended. It may be shared with family and friends, who must also use it for an eligible therapeutic treatment.

$300 Day 30 voucher (follow-up email)
Minimum spend $500 on an eligible therapeutic treatment (A1). Valid for two months from the date of the email.

20% maintenance offer (Dr Mike’s SMS of 10 October 2026)
For patients who have had one of the therapeutic treatments in A1 at Géniale. 20% off one maintenance session of that same treatment, only if you and your doctor agree at a consultation that further treatment is appropriate. Book by 18 December 2026.

$300 O-Shot Voucher

Redeemable towards an O-Shot treatment with a minimum spend of $500. Not redeemable for cash. Valid for 3 months from the date of issue. One voucher per person. Not valid with any other offer. Booking required. Subject to medical assessment and suitability. The O-Shot voucher can only be used where the O-Shot is recommended as a therapeutic treatment (see A1 to A3).

GÉNIALE GIFT CARDS

All gift cards must be sold or distributed by Géniale Medical Aesthetics & Skin Cancer Centre.
Gift cards expire 36 months after date of purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Gift cards must have the serial number written on the card for it to be valid.Treat the card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card is: Redeemable for merchandise or services at Géniale Medical Aesthetics & Skin Cancer Centre. Not redeemable for cash; Must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the card; will be void and will not be redeemed after the expiry date.

Cannot be reloaded or increased after issue; is partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. Purchases exceeding available balance require the difference to be paid by other methods. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Blue gift cards are not transferable and are limited to one card per person. Not valid with any other offer. New clients only. Not redeemable for merchandise. Blue gift cards can only be used for the therapeutic treatments listed in A1.

Complimentary telehealth consultations are available for selected Géniale services and practitioners only. Cosmetic surgeon, vein specialist and other paid consultations may attract a consultation fee.
