With Dr Rachel D. Leoni at Géniale
Women's health changes throughout life.
Hormonal change, menopause, sexual wellbeing, intimate health, skin changes, metabolic health and the physical changes associated with ageing can overlap. Géniale's approach is therefore centred on medical assessment of the individual rather than treating each concern in isolation.
Dr Rachel D. Leoni is an experienced medical practitioner with more than 20 years of clinical experience. She joins the Géniale medical team with a focus spanning women's health, aesthetic medicine and healthy ageing.

At Géniale, Dr Leoni works within a broader medical team to support women seeking assessment and guidance across different stages of life.
Consultations may involve discussion of:
A consultation does not automatically mean treatment.
The first step is understanding the patient's concerns, relevant medical history and objectives. Appropriate investigation, management options or referral can then be considered.
Menopause can involve much more than an individual's menstrual cycle.
Women may experience changes involving sleep, energy, body composition, skin, sexual wellbeing, intimate comfort, cardiovascular risk and general wellbeing.
Our aim is to provide women with an opportunity to discuss these concerns within a medically supervised environment and determine what further assessment may be appropriate.
Sexual wellbeing forms part of overall health.
Géniale provides a discreet environment in which women can discuss concerns affecting sexual or intimate wellbeing.
Depending on the concern, care may involve assessment by Dr Leoni or another member of the Géniale medical team, further investigation, education, multidisciplinary management or referral.
Géniale's broader women's health network is designed to allow collaboration where appropriate with practitioners such as doctors, pelvic-floor physiotherapists, psychologists, sexologists and other healthcare professionals.
Géniale is developing a comprehensive Longevity & Regenerative Medicine model in Australia, connecting preventative medicine, healthy ageing and regenerative medicine.
Rather than promoting a single “longevity treatment”, the program starts with the individual.
Assessment may consider areas such as:
Where further investigation or treatment is clinically appropriate, options can be considered after medical assessment.
Dr Leoni also consults through Géniale Aesthetics.
Her approach to aesthetic medicine is based on individual assessment, facial anatomy, skin health, proportion and appropriate treatment planning.
Aesthetic care may be considered independently or as part of a wider healthy-ageing plan.
Dr Leoni is also contributing to Sex Intelligence, Géniale's expanding educational series examining women's health, relationships, sexual wellbeing, menopause and sexual medicine.
Through conversations with doctors and other qualified professionals, Sex Intelligence aims to make high-quality health information easier to understand while creating a more informed and comfortable conversation around women's sexual wellbeing.
Dr Leoni will also participate in educational content connected with Unleash the Mysteries of Female Orgasms by Dr Mike Shenouda.
The work being developed clinically at Géniale in Australia will also contribute to the Géniale Longevity & Regenerative Medicine Academy and the planned international Global Longevity & Regenerative Medicine Academy.
The longer-term vision is to bring clinicians, educators and researchers together across Australia and internationally, including future expansion into Dubai, to advance education in healthy ageing, regenerative medicine, women's health and related fields.
Appointments with Dr Leoni are based on individual medical assessment.
Not every treatment or investigation is suitable for every patient. Recommendations are made according to clinical need, relevant medical history, available evidence and the practitioner's scope of practice.
